Lancôme Dual Finish Review – These Are My Compact Confessions

The degree of my hyperpigmentation depends on so many variants. It depends on my diet or the time of the month. It depends on how good (or bad) I’ve been to my skin, in terms of cleansing and exfoliating. It depends on my stress level and what my face feels like doing. I’ve learned the hard way that being in your 30’s doesn’t guarantee an acne free situation. And 100% of my hyperpigmentation comes from acne scars. It’s a cycle that’s been repeating itself since my high school days.

How do I deal with my hyperpigmentation? It’s a two part process.

1 – I strive to take excellent care of my skin (more on that in an upcoming post), and

It turns out, I’m a 420 Bisque, while I thought I was more of a 460 Suede. It pays to ask a professional. it comes in 25 shades, so you’re likely to find one that matches you too.

So far I’m loving the options Dual Finish gives me – it comes with a sponge for wet application or a powder puff for dry application.
