My bellas in Chicago – you may have noticed that I don’t host many events. I also don’t go to many events. I tend to be kind of a homebody, when I’m home. But next Tuesday I’m participating in something truly special and unique – and I’d love you to come and join me!
Rosetta Thurman, AKA the woman behind amazing site Happy Black Woman, is an author, a speaker, a mentor and a master motivator. I’ve been a fan of hers for a long time, and I love the philosophy and spirit behind what she does. Rosetta is inspiring and intelligent and her platform is about inspiring and uplifting others. She’s been having these super cool happy hours in major cities across the US, and she’s asked me to be part of her Chicago event! And of course I said YES. Because she is awesome.
You will enjoy unlimited handcrafted cocktails, wine and a selection of heavy gourmet appetizers while we get into a deeper, more intelligent kind of networking. This event is about mutual support, sisterhood, and building your dreams. We’ve got a lot to share and a lot to give. And besides being inspiring, this will be FUN.
