If you haven’t yet had a chance to score some Easter goodies for yourself and your loved ones, you don’t need to get them the usual Cadbury cream egg. Step up your Easter game with some of my suggestions!

Georgetown Cupcake in DC and Maryland has special “easter Dozens” for sale, bedecked with eggs and bunnies. And here in Chicago, Molly’s Cupcakes have stolen my heart. I’d like to testify about the moist deliciousness of the red velvet cupcakes. They may just have been the star of the show at the Rock the Red fashion fundraiser!
If you’re looking for treats that won’t add inches to your waistline, make a beeline for the nailpolish aisle of your local drugstore. The EOS lipbalm spheres are adorable, egg shapes, and superb at giving your chapped lips the love they need. And they’re less than $4 at Walgreens!
