I used to get my whole face done for about $20.00, and this is in the Wall Street area of Manhattan! It's a no-frills place run by South Asian ladies (Eyebrow Zone on John Street).I like that tip about applying Oragel beforehand; maybe I'll try it again. Anyone who charges 35 dollars to thread eyebrows is a thief!!!!
